Looking for good icon changer freeware software

hi

looking for those icon softwares which can easily help in changing the folder icon into another icon, at the same time applying the same icon to all its subfolders as well.

i had tried looking ard but cant seem to find… would prefer freewares rather than sharewares. anyone can help???

Check out IconTweaker at http://joost.endoria.net/home, it can change your folders - as well as subfolders - to different styles, very nice! Several themes included and you can download more.
