Long time for file classification

Hi.

I have come to realise that files submitted via CIS (from the unknown files list) take a long time to be identified.

This can be speeded up by simply submitting them directly to either https://valkyrie.comodo.com or https://verdict.valkyrie.comodo.com

Does anyone know if Comodo has plans to speed up the classification of files submitted directly through its CIS software anytime soon?

valkyrie classification sometimes takes months

Maybe so. From my testing though, it takes around 24 hours on average. Some files can go off the rails and just never get classified ha ha. But that is less common in comparison.

Because CIS is still using CAMAS back-end that doesn’t automatically submit to valkyrie, but supposedly valkyrie integration with CIS is going to happen, just don’t know when. It has been about a year since I last asked about it.
