At the moment you need to delete it manually

C:\ProgramData\Comodo\Firewall Pro*.sdb
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Comodo\Firewall Pro*.sdb

Depending on Vista/Win7 or WinXP

maybe you have to close the GUI via the tray icon, exit before you can delete them…
