Logon Screen Problem

I tried to install the latest version of the firewall, but when I reboot my WinXP system I can’t login - the password box is missing from the logon screen. I went to safe mode is ok and after uninstalling the firewall it is back to normal.

I have tried to uninstall other programs that I think will conflict with this firewall but it did not solve the problem.

Can anyone help? :-\

Hi terrytoh,

Try to uninstall with Defense+ disabled (Clean PC Mode - and enable it after reboot).

You means “install”?

I have tried to install with firewall only + leak protection without the defense, but the problem persists…
