Can’t login to my trial account.

I request password. I get an E-Mail allowing me to enter a new password.

I enter new password. I wait.

I try to login and still get “Invalid login”

After I just changed my password via “Forgot Password” feature :expressionless:

I requested to change my password a second time and I received the e-mail, clicked the link, entered my new password into the two forms, clicked the button, received the:

“Your password has been changed successfully” e-mail.

Then tried to login again and it still fails.

What do I do? I was logged in yesterday it recognizes my name in the database.

Try cleaning your browser’s cache and cookies and restart the browser. Don’t forget to restart the browser.
