Logging doesn't seem to work?

Saw a few people describing something like this, but may be something I’m doing wrong? Tested with “Shields Up” & it shows to be completely secure, but there are zero events logged since Nov 4th. I went ahead & cleared all logs. They are all completely empty & I am wondering why. ??? Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks for a normally great product.

To see if logging is functioning at all please change your settings under Firewall Behaviour Settings (Firewall → Advanced) or Defense + Settings (Defense + -->Advanced). It should log these events.

Let us know if it does or doesn’t. When it doesn’t run, run Diagnostic (under Miscellaneous) and see what it reports.
