Log search not working

I am receiving the following when trying to do a log search:

CASG has encountered an unexpected error: Subject does not have domain:domain_management:domain_settings:view:mydomain.com permission. This error has been logged and our technicians will endeavour to correct this issue at the earliest opportunity.

Also, I am assuming that emails that were not received from the 15th and 16th will not make it to our server???

Free version. Does the free not allow you to view the logs?

The Free version does not contain log searching as a feature - this version is intended for basic management of the spam filters for those who just want their email scrubbed before it arrives in the mailbox.
