uninstalling and reinstalling made between the two above errors
Type administrator account
UAC setting : Level 1 “… tell me only when programs try to make changes …”
No V.Machine
Antivirus : Dynamique
Pare-Feu : Mode Personnalisé
SandBox : Partiellement limité
HIPS : Mode Sécurisé

I am sorry you have had this problem

This is a 7.x bug and is resolved in 8.0. Please install version 8.0.

If you wish to continue with version 7.x please disable Webfilter and reboot.
