Before Comodo loads I get a Security Centre popup warning that my firewall is disabled. It quickly disappears once Comodo starts up, but it is a little annoying. Also, I think it might worry inexperienced users. Could this be corrected in a future version?

This is because when CPF initialises the last thing it does is report its status to windows, which is why it displays the alert. CPF is already initialised.
This has been mentioned before in the wishlist so may be implemented.
