LMIGuard.exe will not get out off sandbox

I use to get to customers LogMeIn free and every time I get LMIGuardian.exe that goes into the sandbox. I can choose for not running into the sandbox but the "remind"is grayed out??

Can you put it on the My Own Safe Files like you did with the Cisco VPN Client?

No it’s an add-on in Firefox. Its in the Dock & settings folder and I can’t get in that folder with CIS

Is the executable signed?
Can you add the certificate to “My trusted vendors”? Add, Read from running process and select the executable…

If that doesn’t work please report it here
