live video blocked by Comodo [resolved]

Howdy:

I have just installed security cameras around the outside of my house, shop, and garage. I use a browser to access the video feeds from the cameras. I can get live video only if Comodo is disabled.

How do I configure it to allow the live video?

Thanks

Welcome to the forum

If you try to access the cameras with no other programs running than the necessary one’s, check the log (activity/logs) and see what gets blocked.
You might have to open a port for them?
If you don’t know how to do that, just right click in the log and export as html and post it here and we will help you.

Here is the log.

The video was live until Comodo was enabled at 9:39. Several blocks at that time.

First you have to make a trusted zone if you haven’t done that.
Go to security/tasks and click on “define a new trusted network”.
The firewall should find you network by itself.
Now try if it works.

If it doesn’t…
Go to security/advanced/advanced attack detection and prevention, and go to the misc tab. Uncheck the “Do Protocol Analysis”.
Now you need to reboot.

Try after the reboot if it works.
If it doesn’t, make a new log, and post here again.
Good luck.

Hello AOwL:

The first suggestion did not work, the second was a success.

Thank you for your efforts.

Regards.

You’re welcome. ;D

I will put resolved to the topic and lock this thread for others benefit.
