Hello i am using live messenger and i will block port 80 because aggressive advertisements are loaded how can i block port 80 with an rule so that advertisements can’t be loading. ???

  • amsn is free and free of advertisements

  • pidgin is a multimessenger

you can block both TCP and UDP from msnmsgr.exe, just dont block wlcomm.exe

Or try this, it works for me.

Open IE.
Go to the Control Panel.
Double-click on Internet Options.
Select the Security tab and click on Restricted sites.
Click on the Sites button below and add rad.msn.com to the zone. Click on Close and the ads should disappear.
