Lighten up the preview reply pane background?

Is there any way to lighten up the reply portion to make the text more readable? I use CD browser but it’s the same in Firefox and Opera.

Yes there is a way to do so,

I don’t find it to bad myself, but I imagine on certain screens in well lit areas it could be a problem. Changeable might be a good idea. Thanks
