License # never arrives...?


It has been eight days since I installed Comodo, and I’ve still not received the license number. I have tried two different email addresses, both of which worked fine - initially at least. The order confirmation arrived in a few minutes, but after that, nothing.

A quick search didn’t show anyone else having this issue. So… what now? :stuck_out_tongue:

Double check that you (or your ISP) don’t have any form of spam filtering enabled. Some filters are catching the activation code as it is sent within minutes of the confirming email.

In both cases, any trash/spam is moved to another folder, instead of being deleted immediately. Nothing there, except for some fake rolex ads (laff).

The order confirmation and the license number go to the same email address.

The content of the license email is a URL and a collection code.
So, this would mean that the email we are sending is being filtered off somehow. :cry:
