How about joining forces with WOT=(Web Of Trust). In other words, combine http://www.mywot.com/ and http://www.comodo.com/ together into one website? If WOT agrees to it.
Or if you want you could use there ideas with COMODO’s ideas to make it better.
No, because Site Inspector is much more powerful.
WOT is community based, which means its users are the ones making the decisions. And from what I’ve seen, most of the users don’t even understand what they’re seeing.
I would trust an actual page scanner above a community rating any day of the week…

While I do find the overall ratings for WOT to be a bit shaky (meaning you can’t always trust them), I do find that the comments give you a good idea of whether the site is safe or not.
However, this is probably a bit !ot!
I have to agree, as much as I like WOT and think it’s a great security tool, Site Inspector is much better from what I’ve seen so far.
The concept of WOT was innovative and would have risen to greater heights if it was moderated. Perhaps a community-based web/file reputation scanner properly moderated with relevant information is a better idea. Just a thought.
