Leak Test low rating ?

Upgraded to version 4 and ran clt.exe - results are 190/340 - not good. I have all set to safe/proactive and sandbox on. Ran GRC tests and shows all stealth, so questions are :-

  1. Why is rating so low ?
  2. Are any of the detected issues a real concern ?
  3. How do I fix them if necessary to do so ?

New to forums so please advise if I need to divide this up, add more information etc.

I am going to try to attach a text summary of the clt output (if this is possible !!)
