LClock, is it safe to allow internet access to it?

Hi!, I have the slight problem with an application called ‘LClock’. It is an application that changes the XP time, to something cooler, with a better calendar. Unfortunately, after installing it, it kept requesting for internet access, and it keeps saying that Global Hooks are used, and it could be a keylogger… could someone please help me out? Thanks!

P.S Screenshot shows the warning message, the Libraries and it also shows LClock in action, in place of the standard time display.

Does the program need to access Internet ?
If not deny it, if it needs Internet you can allow it.
