Hi, I have used Comodo Firewall for about two now, and this latest Product, I installed it on my computer, and the Graphic User Interface, is completely blank, I cannot see anything, but spaces of white and black!
Can you get to the diagnostics to run it?
Assuming you can’t I’d probably reinstall following these methods .
Did you try a clean install? What OS are you on?
The head developer egemen replied to another post of you about the same problem:
Please follow these steps:
1 - Completely unistall CIS 5 and restart your computer
2 - Delete this folder manually: C:\Users[i]yourusername[/i]\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files\COMODO\COMODO Internet Security
Afetr follwong the steps above, you can reinstall CIS 5 and it should be just fine. This is because of the previous CIS 3 installer.
We will handle this case, in the setups from now on for you. But till that time, these steps should help.
