After installing and then running your latest CSC to clean out 2 years of registry ■■■■, when I tried to run an offline disk defrag with Perfectdisk, it gave an error message “Perfectdisk did not shutdown properly”. Raxco suggested uninstalling and reinstalling Perfectdisk because CSC had removed important registry entries for Perfectdisk. Don’t know why CSC would remove registry entries for currently valid programs like Perfectdisk.
Please provide us with the log files of CSC. Go to the installation folder of CSC and look for CRC.log and CSC.log in particular. Attach them as files to your next post.
