My laptop is taking about 7 minutes to start up, and when it does start it slow. I have tries to restore but it says I don’t have a restore point. When I try and burn recovery discs, my DVD pops out and I get a messege saying something about I need a different DVD. Does anyone have any ideas of what I can do?

Please folow the next steps:
1# Go to the ‘run’ box (Hotkeys: Windows key + R)
2# Type in ‘msconfig’
3# Go to the startup tab, and disable the unnecessary startup items.
NOTE: Please make sure to not disable your antivirus product!
