so i couple of days ago i was submitting a couple of files. as usual when i forget to remove large files, it failed after some time. no big deal, i just remove the file and do it again.
however, this time something must have gone wrong. i keep getting the submitting popup, even though there are no files to submit. i have rebooted the computer, hoping this would solve the problem, but it of course didnt.
anyone know what could be causing this and how it can be helped? its pretty annoying since it kicks you out of other programs =/.
If using Vista have a look under C:\ProgramData\comodo\FileSubmission\CFPFSQueueFile.que
This contains the files which have been submitted to Comodo
Remove this and see if the problem persists.
I just want to tell I have the same problem on my xp computer… I use the stand alone firewall only… I will try the solution Matty_R has provided…
i actually have xp, but i will try it anyway =)
edit: ok that was not possible >.<
Try in XP C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\comodo\common\FileSubmission
Delete the contents in there “CFPFSQueueFile.que”
Hope this helps,
