Keep asking annoyingly for permission to continue

This morning I installed BOClean 4.27 in my new compaq CQ40 notebook running Windows Vista Home Premium with SP1. Everything proceeded smoothly, and installation was successful. I ran the installation program as an Administrator.

But after a few minutes, a BOClean button appeared on the taskbar and flashed continuously. When I clicked the taskbar button, the User Account Control dialog box appeared, asking for permission to continue. The dialog box closed when I gave the permission.

However, the same process annoyingly repeated after several minutes.

I have since uninstalled and re-installed BOClean two or three times, running the downloaded installation software as an Administrator, but the situation has remained unchanged.

How can such an annoying process be stopped? Please help and advise.

Besides Windows Defender, I have Comodo Firewall, avast Anti-Virus, SuperAntiSpyware and SpywareBlaster installed in my notebook.

The problem has been solved. First, I used Revo Uninstaller in advanced mode to remove the program completely, and then downloaded a new copy of the installation software and re-installed it. Now, no more flashing taskbar button calling for my attention, and permission to continue is asked once only a few minutes after bootup, probably to allow the program to begin checking for update.
