Just re-installed CB because the Manual Icon will not load program.

Just re-installed CB because the Manual Icon will not load program. I used this to backup my system and now the program will not load/run even with a re-install. What can I do to fix this? Interesting that the Wizard Icon will load/run. Why not the Manual one? ???

Hi Emanuel, I re-installed again for the third time and it’s working now. Just an odd occurrence I guess. Thanks for your time and have a great day. John
