judder in webcam images in comodo dragon

i have window 8.1 and recently i visited a usual webcam site Whakatane Harbour Cam | Coastguard Whakatane and i noticed that the image judders, it never used to do this. i lokked at the same webcam with IE and Chrome and found those to be without this problem.

is there a fix for this?

Hi tomrca,
Unfortunately this is probably caused by the recent issues between Adobe Flash and Dragon.
Until this issue is resolved with an update, there is a workaround posted in the link below.
