Jdownloader and registry key

JDownloader is a famous open source application written in Java. With Comodo 4 (italian language) 64bit on my Windows XP Pro 64bit sp2, defense+/sandboxes enabled, it doesn’t work anymore.
In Defense+ logs I can see:
Applicazione (program) : c:\program files\Java\jre6\bin\javaw.exe
Segnati (reason?): Modifica chiave (key change?)
Obiettivo (target?): HKLM\System\ControlSet001\Services\TcpIp\Parameters

I set c:\program files\Java\jre6\bin\javaw.exe as safe application and all permissions are set to “allow”/“ask”.
Maybe if I unprotect these keys Jdownload can work, buy how can I have these keys protected but not for JDownloader?

P.s.: if I disable Defense+ and Sandboxes, I start JDownloader and then reenable Defense+ and Sandboxes all work fine

Have you tried putting Jdownloader on your My Own Safe Files list?
