Javascript & HP Laserjet Toolbox

Hello,

Since installing CIS 2011 Plus, I have encountered these 2 problems.

  1. I can no longer access my HP Laserjet Toolbox.
    It will not connect with Internet.

  2. Using Ebay, a number of functions will no longer work, because the Javascript will not load

My laptop has a different AV software and does not give these problems.

Any suggestions?

Try temporary disabling or uninstalling the AV you are using to see if that brings any solace.

Assuming HP Laserjet Toolbox is an application that runs on your computer you can try the workarounds in App. is not working correctly, but does not seem to be s/boxed. What to do? [v5] and see if that brings a solution.

Are you running your browser(s) sandboxed?
