Issues regarding connectivity!

Hello!

I just got EVPN here and we are a few guys that are trying it out!!

Got some issues though, seems that the manual dosnt explain much whats going on, and its hard to realy find any good info about somethings

  • When a guy connects he shows as relay/direct what is the difference?
  • Clients connect and not all can se his IP in the network tab
  • If someone is using a crasy router/server computer what ports should be open to ensure a smooth connection (FAQ dint say much)
  • Some guys even IPs showing in the network tab can not be pinged by some of guys in the network tab

Just a few questions i have

Clients connect and not all can se his IP in the network tab
they need to Enable VPN (right-click on your network->Enable VPN)
If someone is using a crasy router/server computer what ports should be open to ensure a smooth connection (FAQ dint say much)
im not sure there is anything to open.
Some guys even IPs showing in the network tab can not be pinged by some of guys in the network tab
i think it's a firewall that block pings.

It none of those things

We are a group with 7 ppl who tried this

A can ping B and C

C can only ping B not A

B dont sees A IP sometimes…
