Is this normal?

Comodo will not disable itself when I close the program either by normal means or through the task manager. I am trying to do some troubleshooting on one of my computers and even when I disable Comodo on startup, Comodo starts with Windows anyway. I even had one situation where Comodo was supposedly ‘disabled’ and it still managed to take my entire 10 gigabyte download and put it in the virtual desktop. Has anyone else had this problem?

You can’t disable CIS, it’s designed so that neither the user nor malware can disable it. If you don’t want it there you’ll have to uninstall it.
