Is this a GUI bug !?

So when I do some settings to CIS and receive confirmation messages, I receive them like this:

I use win xp pro sp3 x32 ! My screen view is set to “classic view” from windows options !

Is that white color on the OK normal ? Anyone else having this ??

I’ve had the same anomaly for the past few releases. I reported it, but it hasn’t been addressed yet.

I didn’t have this with 3.14 version !

Neither did I. I was talking about the v4 releases.
