The application that you submitted is bundled with adware that has questionable behavior,that is why it is considered “application”. so it is up to user decision to read EULA and decide whether to install the adware components or not.

well,what i can not understand most is as u said that the file i submitted is potentioally unsafe,if the file is really potentially unsafe,do u imply that i should never use it at all???
