When viewing the active process list and run a new program at the same time, the CIS window will freeze and if you click on it, a popup window will ask you whether turn it off or not, this happened to firewall’s incoming/outgoing list too. I’ve been met with this kind of thing for many times, please check whether this is a bug or what, thanks. Sorry that I cannot provide the specific program that causes this, but it really happens.
