So, I see one of Norton AV 2009 services is connecting to a certain IP. I went to www.dshield.org, which among other great info, also provides the chance to perform ports and IPs lookups. I did a lookup on that IP and it keeps thinking and thinking and never performs the lookup. It only happens with this specific IP.
Could Norton AV being preventing such lookup? :o ???
