Is my computer infected?

I am new here and I hope this is the right place for my question.

When I scan my computer, at the end there is the logfile with 2 rootkits, see below. Cleaning is not possible.
What can I do?

Rootkit.HiddenValue@0 HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\CTFMON.EXE

Rootkit.HiddenValue@0 HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows\load

Most likely false positives as ctfmon is the process for the language input bar in windows. I wouldn’t use rootkit scanning in comodo, its normally wrong.

Aye, This may be a false positive. Just to be sure, scan with TDSS Killer (Found Here: http://support.kaspersky.com/faq/?qid=208283363)
