I WAS RUNNING CIS FINE FOR ABOUT 2 WEEKS AND YESTERDAY IT SUDDENLY WENT HAYWIRE, I CANNOT OPEN APPS FROM THE DESKTOP WHEN I CLICK ON THEM THE HOURGLASS ICON SHOWS AND THEN DISAPPEARS AND NOTHING HAPPENS, THE SAME THING WHEN I TRY TO OPEN THEM FROM START MENU, CAN ANYONE HELP ME WITH THIS!?? ???
