Intruder Alert: Help?

I keep getting intruder alerts happening on CIS,

Why would someone do this?

It looks like two UDP ports are open at your router being 45153 and 58475. They need to be closed. Do you know how to? What Windows version are you on?

As to the question of why. It could be anything. Thats why you have a firewall: to not be bothered.
