Internet explorer problem

When I try to access a page in IE, I get this error " Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage "

When i run Diagnostics I get this message:

"Windows cannot connect to the internet Using HTTP,HTTPS, or FTP. This is probably caused by firewall settings on this computer.

Check your firewall settings for the HTTP port(80), HTTPS port(443), and FTP port(21)"

Can you see what rule you have set for IE in Firewall → Network Security Policy → Application Rules? Can you also show a screenshot of the firewall logs; they are under Firewall → View Firewall Events.

“Use custom policy…Allow IP out from MAC etc…”

Here you go sir.

Edit by Dennis2: removed the uploaded to well known image hosting site message

Does the problem only happen with IE or does it also happen with other browsers?

Only with IE.

Bump.

You posted a picture of your log file, would you mind also posting a picture of the rules you have for Internet explorer, in Application rules. Or at least explaining what the rules are, as you mentioned a custom policy.
