Internet Connection Sharing, Port Forwarding, and Firewall

I have ICS setup between my desktop and another computer which I am running Apache, HTTP and HTTPS on. Presently, it only works when I turn off the CIS firewall and when I do enable it, it fails to load. I’ve tried everything suggested in other topics and none of it works.

Any suggestions?

Here is what I have in the “Networking Security Policy”

HTTP:
Action: Allow
Protocols: TCP And UDP
Direction In/Out
Source Address: Any
Destination Address: Any
Source Port: Any
Destination Port: 80

HTTPS:
Action: Allow
Protocols: TCP And UDP
Direction In/Out
Source Address: Any
Destination Address: Any
Source Port: Any
Destination Port: 443

Then I have ICS setup to forward 80 and 443 to the ICS IP address which again, works when the firewall is off, but not when it’s on.

Edit: I noticed the Intrusion Detections on the main comodo window. It says that Port 80 was blocked by Windows Operating System. I have it set to allow the port.
