In the latest version 3.0.18.309 Firewall behavior alert settings, has a check box not included in the tab help.
labeled ‘This computer is an Internet connection gateway’.
What does it do? Its checked by default, but my machine connects to the Internet through a LAN and a NAT router on another machine.
Should I un check this item?
I have no idea why this is being set as the default. I would think the majority of users do not use their PC as an ICS Server. I removed the check-mark on this setting. If you want more information on ICS Server, look here.
