Internet banking sites force installing firewall seperately any problem

I have this issue. In South Korea all banking sites without exception force visitors when trying to login
install ctiveX Controls which puts a short time firewall in your system. Keyboard protection etc…
so as soon as you try to do internet banking you have two firewalls one you have (comodo) and the other
is the one you were forced to install.

If you decide not to install the program the site forces you to install you are totally deprived of internet banking in this country. this is a law all over this land.

My question : should I disable comodo when I do banking in this country?
will having both running be OK?
I found here in this site that a lot of other people have this issue too
