Intel in trusted software vendors, popup anyway, why?

I have an Intel SSD drive and a software called Intel SSD toolbox;

The first time I started Intel SSD toolbos D+ gave me an alert (Intel SSD toolbos was installed before CIS) but Intel Corporation is on the trusted software vendors list. Why is this happening?
