how can install comodo firewall without Hips and sandbox ?
for Windows 8.1 64bit

i cant found any link or tut ?

Not possible anymore. At minimum you can download Firewall + HIPS. A Firewall without self-protection, ie. keep other programs from accessing its memory can be easily bypassed.

The image you posted still contains a version of CIS with HIPS for protecting the firewall…not much different then using the current version without the av…
