Hello, everyone. Newbie here… 
My wife has been working with Outlook 2013 on our laptop (Win7) and we recently purchased a desktop (Win8) for her work. We tried exporting her email cert from the laptop and importing it to the desktop, but that didn’t appear to work, so she went to comodo.com and revoked the old cert and requested a new one.
She received an email from comodo with the subject “Your certifcate is ready for collection”, but she doesn’t know what to do to install the new email cert on her new PC. Can someone please fill me in so that I can pass the info along to her? Thank you in advance for the help!
