Installation problem of Comodo Firewall - Error 1603

Hello,

I begin with Comodo Firewall some weeks ago. Today I uninstalled because a problem with Chrome.
But i 'm hours ago fighting to install again and no luck.

I’ve followed the instructions here: Comodo Forum and no luck.

I’m also encountering this problem on my Windows 8.1 PC.

I have no idea what to do. I’ve tried a variety of instructions found on this forum and no luck. 1603 fatal error every time.

Although an older topic Error 1603. Fatal error on installing V4 it has quite a few possible angles on this annoying problem.
