Installation Problem - Error 109: Not able to extract InCompatSw.ini

I’m on Windows 7 Home Basic 64bit.

Whenever I install comodo internet security this is what happens in sequence.

Run Installer:

After clicking Ok, this message box appears.

Can anyone tell my why this is the case? How do I solve it? ???
