installation of other software while boclean was shutdown

Hi recently i install a ‘x’ software while boclean was accidentially shutdown. So I am wondering if the ‘x’ software was a malware, will boclean detect the malware software since boclean was shutdown. Am I still protected? I am afraid getting my pc compromise by malware because I accidentially shutdown boclean when installation other software.

Appreciate any advice. Thanks

Normally when BOC becomes active again at boot it will detect any malware.
If you’ve installed something new that specifically targets CBO you might have a problem.
