hi, 30 minutes ago, i start cis premium install, i wait but not complete, say “comodo secure shopping install %4” , what can i do?

Thanks for reporting.Could you please share us the exact download link of cis premium that you have downloaded,windows version,location(Region where issue occurred) and some screenshots of the issue for further investigation.
