i just reformatted and tried to wipe a freespace partition in windows by using a free partition manager, and now when ever i boot my computer, it keeps reformatting the partition over and over again, at least that is what it has been doing thus far when i try to boot, and on top of that it wont let me boot into safemode…it just hangs there when loading the disk.sys file… anyone have any ideas, and would just loading the base snapshot fix this, as the base snapshot was configured before i decided to reformat the partition, and if that fixes it does anyone have a recomendation as to how to reformat the partition without this happening??
modification: i rebooted from the system baseline in ctm and im up and running agian, but im curious if it is going to do this every time that i run partition wizard??
Well, I’m not following correctly.
Wipe the free space in which partition? The one with CTM? You’ll lose all snapshots… Or will increase their size (as the writes on disk are “redirected” to the free space)… It’s non sense.
But what is being “reformated”? Which option of Partition Wizard did you use?
i am curious if it is going to do this every time that i run partition wizard?
If you want to run partition wizard, please uninstall CTM first and then run partition wizard, otherwise can cause serious problems.

Please do not do it, if you wipe free space in those partitions which protected by CTM, the internal data of CTM will be destroyed, and will create serious problems.
