Incremental Simple copy - is this a bug or by design...

Im just testing a few different things with comodo backup. i have found that when i setup a incremental simple copy then change a file of delete one then run the backup the file that gets deleted is skipped by CB i was wondering if this is a bug or by design. When i run an incremental .cbu backup it deletes the file. if this is by design can it be made an option so it can be used with other backup types?

With incremental .cbu backup, the file is not deleted for ever. The file is still present in previous snapshot.
If you want the deletes to propagate from one side to another then you can use synchronization.
The difference between sync and backup is that sync is destructive (propagates delete operations) while backup is not.
