iNCREDIMAIL

Just found your product and installed it based on the great reviews it was getting. However, it will not let me run Incredimail. I noticed someone else had posted in the HELP forum in April with the same problem and didn’t receive a reply. Hopefully my post here will receive a reply. I love Incredimail and must uninstall your product until I receive a fix for the Incredimail problem.

I confess i know nothing about incredimail, but I assume it’s just another email client and therefore any problems will be generic :slight_smile:

To help, I’m going to need a little more detail about the problem. You say “it will not let me run Incredimail.” what exactly to you mean?

If “not running” means it can’t access the email server, you might want to check out this post: https://forums.comodo.com/index.php/topic,2159.msg16906.html#msg16906; the last part of it, the user indicates the problem was resolved by adding one application to the Application Monitor.
