Incorrect SPF failures on all domains

Has this been resolved?

Not fully, we are still waiting for them to resolve the issue with the winmail.dat.

Don’t really care now as we’re moving most customers to another provider over the next couple of weeks.

For anyone interested these problems with winmail.dat continue, one month after we reported it. Multiple customers on different domains with different email servers and different Outlook clients are all reporting the issue occurring spasmodically. Still no answer from Comodo on this one…

Yesterday we also enjoyed many emails getting stuck in delivery queues for long periods of time, then some not getting delivered at all.

Hopeless is the only way I can describe this infrastructure upgrade, heads need to roll at the Comodo ASG department.

I quite agree I have a number of clients that use archive and everytime we try to resend I have to open a support ticket to get it resolved. The latest ticket has been open for one month and still we have no resend from archive and we are paying for this as an addon.

Something needs to change as I am looking to move.
